Electrical Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Service Engineer to join a reputable electromechanical organization in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves on‑site technical support for CNC machines, ensuring reliable operation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in CNC machines.
• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC‑controlled systems using Siemens, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi platforms.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Repair electrical panels, drives, sensors, and control systems.
• Attend customer service calls and provide on‑site technical assistance.
• Maintain detailed service reports and document maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Typical experience of 3–7 years in CNC machine electrical servicing, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial maintenance.
• Preferred certifications in PLC programming or industrial automation.

Required skills

• CNC machine servicing and maintenance.
• Siemens, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi PLC troubleshooting.
• Electrical diagnostics and fault isolation.
• Preventive maintenance planning.
• Technical documentation and service reporting.
• Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, and HMI systems.
