Electrical Technician – CandP at Dubai Airport

About the role

The Electrical Technician will carry out electrical checks, inspections, testing and maintenance on refuelling vehicles, mobile equipment and airport facilities at Dubai Airport. The role supports safe, efficient operations while adhering to BP regulations and local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and testing on dispensers, refuellers and related aviation equipment.
• Record all maintenance activities in prescribed formats and software such as SAP.
• Act as an authorised Permit to Work signatory, issuing work permits and ensuring a safe workplace for all parties.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and deputise in their absence.

Required profile

• Engineering Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Auto electrician.
• Extensive experience in aviation refuelling or major automotive maintenance environments.
• Valid UAE driving licence and fluent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Electrical/Electronics troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Vehicle diagnosis tools (OBD Scanner) and PLC systems.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams.
