Electrical Training Instructor – Training Center

About the role

Provide relevant training courses and sessions to nominated candidates, designing, producing and presenting technical electrical engineering courses for employees at all levels on‑site. The role includes administering training procedures, conducting assessments and continuously improving the learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver electrical engineering training courses and materials that meet company standards and international best practices.
• Evaluate third‑party training providers and continuously conduct general and specialised courses.
• Develop and maintain training records, statistical reports and expenditure sheets to monitor budget.
• Perform training gap analysis, create action plans and incorporate findings from accident investigations.
• Deliver basic safety and safety‑related training (H2S, BA, WMS) for ADNOC on‑shore personnel and contractors.
• Prepare and organise training requests, maintain filing systems and report program status to the Training Center Team Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or chemical process environments, including at least 1 year in training delivery.
• Train‑the‑trainer certification and ability to develop training materials.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering technical knowledge.
• PowerPoint and eLearning storyboard creation.
• Safety training delivery (H2S, BA, WMS).
• Training gap analysis and curriculum development.
