Electrician – Dubai Investment Park

About the role

Delta Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Electrician to join its facilities team at Dubai Investment Park. You will respond to guest repair requests, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all electrical and related systems operate safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen equipment, and mechanical‑room assets.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components, lighting, switches, outlets, and related devices.
• Maintain and replenish maintenance inventory, requisitioning parts as needed.
• Use Lockout/Tagout procedures before any maintenance work.
• Carry out minor painting, drywall, wood‑trim repairs, and clean work areas.
• Support interior and exterior landscaping, including sprinkler systems.
• Document daily activities and hand‑over information to subsequent shifts.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of air‑conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems, and carpentry.
• Ability to follow safety, security, and company policies.
• Professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Good communication skills with guests and team members.
