About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking a high‑performing Elementary Classroom Teacher to start in August 2026 at its Madinat Zayed campus in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role follows the Massachusetts State Curriculum and aims to deliver a 21st‑century learning experience using modern technology and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create a climate for learning that encourages outstanding practice.
• Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and set challenging tasks.
• Differentiate instruction for SEN, very able, and average learners.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning.
• Maintain discipline in line with the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies, effective questioning, and appropriate resources.
• Mark student work regularly, set progress targets, and record achievement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the curriculum adds value.
