Elevator & Escalator Installer

About the role

KONE Middle East, Turkey & Africa is expanding and seeks experienced Installers to support elevator and escalator projects in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah. The role involves managing on‑site installation activities, coordinating with customers and builders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the installation environment, communicate daily with customers, and manage logistical matters on site.
• Ensure safe, high‑quality, and timely installation of equipment according to KONE methods and report progress to supervisors.
• Handle receipt, inspection, storage, and proper handling of materials and tools.
• Coordinate with builders to avoid work interruptions and stay updated with field changes and manuals.
• Submit timely reports on timekeeping, quality feedback, and warranty claims.

Required profile

• ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑rise elevator or escalator installation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interpret arrangement drawings and follow quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
