Regional Customer Application Engineer

About the role

Own the global project control activity and drive consistent functional specifications and common processes for project implementation. The role focuses on understanding and meeting customer expectations across transmission, distribution and power generation projects, influencing approaches, quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as technical leader/manager to develop scope of work, plan schedules and monitor engineering activities for customer projects.
• Provide technical leadership and interface with proposal management, cost estimating, partners, customers, product engineering, sourcing and engineering subcontractors.
• Develop specialized knowledge in the discipline and act as a best‑practice and quality resource.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with at least 10 years of experience in EPC projects within transmission & distribution or power generation.
• Strong communication skills in English and willingness to travel worldwide up to 20% of the time.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results in dynamic environments.
