ELV Technician

About the role

SAMA Integrated Smart Systems is seeking an experienced ELV Technician to join its dynamic team in the UAE. You will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining a wide range of low‑voltage systems across multiple sites, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test, and configure ELV systems including CCTV, access control, audio‑visual, and structured cabling.
• Set up and commission automatic sliding doors, gate barriers, and PAVA (Public Address with Background Music) systems.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installations.
• Perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs to minimise downtime.
• Document all installations, maintenance activities, and provide technical updates to supervisors.
• Provide on‑site technical support and training to clients on system operation and maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and gate/barrier mechanisms.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and adhere to local safety regulations.
