Emirati Graduate Trainee (18 Months)

About the role

GEMS Education is recruiting Emirati graduates for its Emirati Graduate Trainee Programme, an 18-month development journey designed to introduce candidates to the corporate world through rotational assignments across key business functions. The programme aims to accelerate professional growth and prepare participants for a long-term career within the group. The start date is 23 November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake placements across several business functions, including Human Resources (HR), Finance, Procurement, Information Technology (IT) and Marketing
• Gain hands-on experience and develop skills through meaningful projects supporting the group's education mission
• Build a professional network and develop leadership capabilities

Required profile

• UAE nationals (Emiratis)
• Recent graduates or people with up to 2 years of professional experience; final-year university students may be considered on a part-time basis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn
• Passionate about making a positive impact through education
