About the role
A leading desalination O&M operation is looking for an Emirati HR Business Partner to support HR operations for its on-site O&M staff. The role sits alongside one of the UAE's most reputable joint venture partners and offers hands-on exposure to a major utilities project.
Key responsibilities
- Support HR operations for O&M staff on site
- Partner with joint venture stakeholders on people initiatives
- Gain hands-on experience on a leading utilities and infrastructure project
Required profile
- UAE national; family book required
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred
- Location: Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi (candidates from surrounding areas preferred)
The package is AED 16,000 - 18,000 per month all-in, with genuine learning and progression opportunities. Interested candidates send their CV by email.
