About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking a qualified Emirati Laboratory Technologist to join our growing team at Marsa Plaza, Dubai. The role supports a modern diagnostic laboratory operating 24/7, delivering accurate and timely results for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across various laboratory disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and timely reporting of results to support clinical decision‑making.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory equipment in line with quality and safety standards.
• Adhere to DHA regulations, laboratory protocols and infection‑prevention procedures.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards when handling patient information and data.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver world‑class patient care.
• Support continuous quality‑improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Current DHA License as a Laboratory Technologist.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Experience working in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift‑based laboratory operation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
