Emirati Laboratory Technologist – 24/7 Shift – Dubai

About the role

HealthHub Clinics, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is seeking a qualified Emirati Laboratory Technologist to join its 24/7 diagnostic laboratory at Marsa Plaza, Dubai. The role supports physicians and healthcare teams by delivering accurate, timely test results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests across multiple laboratory disciplines.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and prompt reporting of results to aid clinical decision‑making.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory equipment according to quality and safety standards.
• Follow DHA regulations, laboratory protocols and infection‑prevention procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and accurate laboratory documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high‑quality patient care.
• Support continuous quality‑improvement initiatives and accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Current DHA license as a Laboratory Technologist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Experience working in a clinical laboratory environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
