About the role
BDO is launching a 12‑month Emiratization graduate program for recent Emirati graduates. Participants will receive continuous on‑the‑job learning, formal training, mentorship and exposure to audit, advisory and tax service lines.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in a comprehensive development program that combines classroom learning, e‑learning modules and on‑the‑job assignments across audit, advisory and tax teams.
- Rotate across diverse client engagements and internal teams to build a broad skill set and professional network.
Required profile
- Recent Emirati graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Effective project and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Eager learner, collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
