About the role
We are seeking a professional and people‑focused Employee Relations Manager to foster positive workplace relationships and support a fair, respectful, and productive work environment. The role involves advising on workplace policies, addressing employee concerns, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting effective communication between employees and management.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Excellent organizational and case‑management skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
