Employer Relations & Placement Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Employer Relations & Placement Coordinator to join our Careers & Employability team in Dubai. In this role you will develop industry partnerships, match students and graduates with internship and employment opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance employability outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with employers across diverse industries.
• Identify and engage prospective hiring partners through targeted outreach and networking.
• Match talented students and graduates with relevant internship and employment opportunities.
• Present candidate profiles to employers and manage placement coordination from introduction to confirmation.
• Maintain accurate employer and placement records using internal systems and databases.
• Track placement outcomes and generate reports to support career services initiatives.
• Create engaging content showcasing placement success stories for internal communications and social media.
• Support employer engagement events, networking activities, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience in recruitment, business development, career services, employer relations, sales, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders and employers.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities.
• Passion for helping students and graduates achieve their career aspirations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous).
