Engagement Lead

About the role

The Engagement Lead is a full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi focused on building strong relationships with students, families and community partners to boost participation in Mind Base Education programmes. You will coordinate engagement activities, organise workshops and events, gather learner feedback and ensure clear communication of resources and support.

Key responsibilities

• Execute student and school engagement plans, coordinating workshops, online sessions and school visits.
• Manage logistics, schedules and communications, supporting onboarding during pilot and scale‑up phases.
• Serve as secondary point of contact for schools and partners, responding to queries and escalating complex issues.
• Track engagement metrics (attendance, participation, drop‑off rates) and collect feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Support marketing activations, maintain engagement calendars, trackers and logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, Social Sciences or Public Relations.
• 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, engagement or outreach, preferably within education or youth programmes.
• Experience working with schools or student groups is strongly preferred.
• Additional certifications in project coordination or education programmes are a plus.
