Engagement Manager – Energy Services & Government Clients

About the role

The Engagement Manager will lead client relationship management and business development for Infosys across the Energy, Services and Government sectors in the UAE. You will be involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle, from research and strategy to proposal creation and contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key client personnel, including CXOs, and understand client organisational culture.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to shape winning strategies.
• Review and drive sales and pursuit plans with leadership to meet targets.
• Lead client presentations, workshops, pricing and MSA negotiations.
• Create proposals and solutions aligned with RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery teams on staffing and issue resolution to prevent escalations.

Required profile

• Proven track‑record in farming business solutions, account growth and relationship management at C‑level.
• Strong experience with large UAE Oil & Gas companies and government entities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of global delivery models and IT services industry.
• Ability to work with multi‑location consulting teams and lead proposal creation.
