About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager or Principal to lead project teams within the Government and Public Institutions practice, focusing on the Creative Industries and Media sector in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day project execution, guiding teams from hypothesis generation to solution convergence.
- Deliver practical, cohesive recommendations and ensure on‑time delivery that meets client goals.
- Build strong relationships with senior government and industry leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
- Background in media, creative industries or video gaming, with experience advising GCC government entities.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication.
Required skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
