Engine Overhaul Engineer II – Emirates Engineering

About the role

Emirates Engineering’s Overhaul Workshops deliver world‑class maintenance for aircraft engines. As an Engine Overhaul Engineer II you will lead engine overhaul activities from disassembly through testing, ensuring compliance with OEM data, regulatory standards and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor engineers, senior technicians, technicians and mechanics to ensure efficient work completion.
• Oversee engine overhaul processes, including use of ESM, IPC, CMM, service bulletins and airworthiness directives.
• Ensure accurate completion of maintenance records, paperwork and MRO ERP transactions.
• Promote a safe working environment, report non‑conformances and lead daily toolbox talks.
• Manage workforce planning, shift attendance and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Maintenance, Avionics, Electronics Engineering or a valid Maintenance Engineering licence/apprenticeship (minimum 2 years).
• At least 9 years aviation maintenance experience with 2 years as an approved certifying holder and relevant engine overhaul workshop authorisation.
