Engineer Operations Planning – Site

About the role

The Engineer Operations Planning will develop and manage maintenance and shutdown plans for major schemes, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with ADNOC's business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrity, Production, Projects and Maintenance Support to prepare shutdown plans and long‑term work programs.
• Produce and update the Seven‑Year Integrated Activity Plan covering engineering, maintenance schemes, barge plans, WHT campaigns, major inspections and shutdowns.
• Develop and maintain maintenance barge plans and the major maintenance budget, monitoring phasing and expenditures.
• Create worklists for WHT major maintenance, schedule execution, and coordinate bedding plans with job officers.
• Monitor deviations from work programs, report impacts, and recommend corrective actions while liaising with planning, cost coordination and commercial units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from a recognised university.
• 5‑6 years of multi‑discipline planning experience in engineering and maintenance within oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
• Proficiency in English.
