About the role
Join the hotel’s Engineering team to support daily office operations and ensure smooth delivery of engineering services to guests and internal departments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Engineering office in line with company standards.
- Receive, log and assign engineering service requests, creating work orders for the appropriate team members.
- Track and follow up on work orders to guarantee timely completion.
- Record and coordinate maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments, ensuring prompt assistance.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, assign requests, and maintain professional communication with relevant parties.
Required profile
