Engineering Manager – Power Transmission & Utilities

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering design reviews and interface coordination for major power and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering design reviews.
• Coordinate Civil, Plant, Telecom, Protection, SCMS, OHL and Cable disciplines.
• Review technical submissions, drawings and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and project requirements.
• Manage technical interfaces and design conflicts.
• Monitor comment resolution and resubmissions.
• Support design freeze and technical readiness reviews.
• Coordinate engineering input into commissioning and handover.
• Maintain technical review dashboards and registers.

Required profile

• Strong engineering‑management experience on power transmission or utility projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design reviews.
• Strong understanding of substations, transmission systems and engineering interfaces.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and consultants.
• Excellent technical leadership and coordination skills.
