About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering design reviews and interface coordination for major power and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage multidisciplinary engineering design reviews.
Coordinate Civil, Plant, Telecom, Protection, SCMS, OHL and Cable disciplines.
Review technical submissions, drawings and engineering documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable technical standards and project requirements.
Manage technical interfaces and design conflicts.
Monitor comment resolution and resubmissions.
Support design freeze and technical readiness reviews.
Coordinate engineering input into commissioning and handover.
Maintain technical review dashboards and registers.

Required profile

Strong engineering‑management experience on power transmission or utility projects.
Experience leading multidisciplinary design reviews.
Strong understanding of substations, transmission systems and engineering interfaces.
Experience working with EPC contractors and consultants.
Excellent technical leadership and coordination skills.
