English Language Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced English Language Instructor to join our training centre in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of English courses – from beginner to advanced levels and specialised programmes such as Pre‑IELTS and English for Young Learners – while ensuring the training meets organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver induction and English language programmes for diverse learner groups.
• Create training materials, lesson plans and e‑learning packages aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Identify learning needs through job analysis, appraisals and consultation with managers and HR.
• Manage the delivery schedule, monitor trainee progress and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Maintain budgets, assess return on investment and ensure statutory training requirements are fulfilled.
• Continuously update content by researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
• Support line managers and trainers in solving specific training challenges.
• Provide feedback to improve training strategies and adapt programmes to changing business environments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years of practical training experience in a major or multinational organisation.
• Age between 25 and 50 years.
• Strong presentation abilities and experience delivering soft‑skill training.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic as mother‑tongue).
