About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inspirational teaching aligned with Taaleem’s ethos of excellence, innovation, creativity and compassion.
• Implement the distinctive curriculum programmes to support academic, professional and personal development.
• Engage with students, colleagues, parents and senior leadership to foster a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a relevant field and a recognised teaching qualification/license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recognised school or international school environment (preferred).
• Outstanding classroom practitioner with previous successful teaching/lecturing experience.
• Experience of working with DSIB, OFSTED or similar inspection authority.
• Experience in an international school setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of contemporary educational research and current educational developments in the UAE (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Organised, works to deadlines and can engage and motivate learners.
