English Teacher (Upper Primary)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher for upper primary classes who can deliver a high‑quality curriculum and inspire young learners. The role involves planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and supporting overall well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the required CBSE and IGCSE English curriculum with up‑to‑date subject knowledge.
• Plan and deliver motivating lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Create and use appropriate teaching materials and maintain an effective classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate records of curriculum plans, attendance, resources, and assessments.
• Assess, record, and report on students' academic development and use data to meet individual needs.
• Promote students' progress, well‑being, and provide guidance on educational matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English.
• B.Ed qualification (distance or open university degrees not accepted).
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience with CBSE and IGCSE curricula.
• Prior teaching experience in the UAE is preferred.

Required skills

• IT skills for lesson preparation and classroom management.
