Enrollment Advisor – Masters (South Asia)

About the role

Hult International Business School is looking for a dynamic Enrollment Advisor to join its high‑energy sales team in Dubai. You will focus on attracting and guiding prospective Master’s candidates from South Asia through the full admissions journey, using modern outreach tools and personal engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly enrollment targets that contribute to school‑wide goals.
• Prospect, connect with, and qualify candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms, moving conversations to phone, video or face‑to‑face meetings.
• Identify candidates with the “Hult DNA” through a consultative approach that aligns their career aspirations with the right programme.
• Plan, attend and promote a high volume of in‑person events, education fairs and one‑to‑one meetings, including weekend sessions.
• Provide expert advice via video calls, phone or in‑person meetings, supporting applications and programme selection.
• Assist accepted students with financing options by linking them to internal resources.
• Analyse candidate behaviour trends to refine outreach strategies and generate referrals.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven, fast‑paced setting and handling weekend events.
