Enrollment Advisor - South Asia

About the role

Hult International Business School is looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial and sales-driven Associate Director of Enrollment in Dubai, reporting to the Senior Director of Enrollment. The role promotes Hult's top-ranked Masters Program in South Asia by cultivating agent relationships and combining business development, sales and consultative support with prospective students and agents. Key performance indicators include year-over-year growth in raw leads, agent relationship building, conversion percentages and the number of confirmed enrolled students.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: generate year-over-year lead volume growth; develop and identify agent partnerships in the region and build a strategy to promote Hult Travel, including attending and hosting events and visiting fairs and agents in South Asia
• Sales: exceed seasonal and annual enrollment targets; manage a large pipeline of prospective applicants in Salesforce CRM; convert leads from enquiry to application completion while maintaining strong year-over-year conversion rates
• Consultative support: guide students through the enrollment process, help them understand the program, apply and set up financial aid and matriculation logistics; interview viable applicants to assess fit and support admissions decisions
• Promote the program through outreach campaigns, events, webinars and masterclasses, and personalize every stakeholder's experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• English proficiency
• 3+ years of sales, business development or recruitment experience with proven success
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
