Enterprise Account Executive – SaaS Identity Security

About the role

SailPoint is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to sell its Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) SaaS suite to large organizations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on navigating multinational accounts, engaging C‑level stakeholders, and driving high‑value contracts through a collaborative, team‑based sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas.
• Develop and execute territory business plans and partner‑enabled marketing activities.
• Lead virtual teams of presales, partners, deal desk and professional services to close high‑value contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and closing, including RFP responses.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce/Clari hygiene.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS, cyber‑security or IAM/IGA solutions to multinational enterprises.
• Strong C‑level communication and discovery skills to qualify complex opportunities.
• Ability to act as a “quarterback,” coordinating partners and internal resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
