Enterprise Account Management Leader

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Management Leader you will head a team of senior account managers responsible for growing revenue across Plaid’s enterprise customer base. You will set vision, strategy and long‑term partnership goals while collaborating closely with product and go‑to‑market teams to deliver solutions that drive both customer and company success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and expand a high‑performing team of senior account managers.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap for enterprise account growth.
• Partner with product, engineering and sales teams to design and launch tailored financial technology solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Fortune‑500 clients, banks and fintech partners.
• Monitor revenue targets, forecast performance and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise account management or related sales leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high‑impact teams.
• Strong consultative sales mindset with deep understanding of fintech ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
