Enterprise Applications Analyst

About the role

Sephora is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to lead SAP SD initiatives across the Middle East. This hands‑on role combines functional SAP expertise with project and programme management to deliver end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash and Supply Chain solutions in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise application projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, deployment, hyper‑care and operational hand‑over, using PMP/PRINCE2, Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
• Analyse and optimise SAP SD processes including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns and the full Order‑to‑Cash cycle.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAP S/4HANA retail modules, manage supply‑chain logistics, and oversee interfaces such as IDocs, messages and APIs.
• Conduct fit‑gap and impact analyses, assess cross‑functional dependencies, and promote standard SAP capabilities over customisations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, global SAP teams, system integrators and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of enterprise‑scale project and programme management experience, preferably in multi‑country retail environments.
• Hands‑on SAP SD experience in retail, with strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash, supply‑chain, pricing and integration with inventory, logistics and finance.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration, understanding of ECC vs S/4HANA.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification; ITIL and SAP Activate experience are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
