Enterprise Architect – P&C Insurance (Dubai)

About the role

The Enterprise Architect will shape and govern the technology architecture for the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance business of Al‑Futtaim. You will drive AI‑enabled, composable solutions that accelerate time‑to‑market, improve efficiency and support new insurance models.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target enterprise architecture across underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, reinsurance and distribution.
• Develop domain‑level reference architectures aligned to business capabilities and value streams.
• Translate business strategy into architectural roadmaps and investment‑guiding principles.
• Design the architecture for Agentic AI, autonomous agents, orchestration layers and human‑in‑the‑loop models.
• Embed AI agents into core processes such as FNOL, claims handling, underwriting triage, fraud detection and agent assistance.
• Establish AI governance, ethics, security and explainability guardrails.
• Collaborate with data, AI and product teams to ensure seamless integration and API‑first delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation and core system modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, especially autonomous agents and intelligent automation.
• Excellent communication skills to partner with business leaders and delivery teams.
