Enterprise Risk Manager

About the role

Tabby is building a modern money app that empowers individuals and businesses across the Middle East. The Enterprise Risk Manager will support the Head of Enterprise Risk in delivering the ERM framework, providing senior management with timely risk insights and ensuring alignment with the group’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise risks in collaboration with first‑line stakeholders and ensure mitigation strategies are evidence‑based and timely.
• Prepare and update risk registers, key risk indicators (KRIs), emerging risk reports and thematic insights for regular reporting.
• Maintain and evolve the group’s risk appetite framework, aligning risks and KRIs with tolerance thresholds.
• Implement and continuously improve ERM policies, procedures and methodologies across the organisation.
• Conduct risk assessments and scenario analyses for new products, strategic initiatives and emerging risks, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support first‑line risk owners with risk identification, control design, remediation actions and residual risk evaluation.
• Assist internal audit and external regulators during ERM‑related reviews and ensure audit‑ready documentation.
• Manage ERM governance tools, documentation, committee materials and action trackers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, GRC or a related function within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or other regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, risk governance and control environments.
• Ability to work independently, communicate risk insights clearly and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
