Enterprise Solutions Architect

About the role

The Enterprise Solutions Architect will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable technology solutions for a leading oil and gas technology organization in the United Arab Emirates. Working closely with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, you will ensure that architecture aligns with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns, templates and governance processes.
• Provide end‑to‑end architectural guidance from planning through delivery, reviewing high‑level and low‑level designs, integration diagrams and technical solutions.
• Advise development teams and vendors on technology choices, cloud platforms, integration strategies, data models, security controls and non‑functional requirements.
• Identify and mitigate architecture risks, gaps, dependencies and compliance issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of technology experience, including solution architecture roles.
• Strong background in application, integration, data, cloud and security architecture.
• Proven experience creating architecture standards and governance artefacts.
• Excellent documentation, stakeholder and vendor management skills; experience in government or large‑enterprise environments is a plus.
