Enterprise Solutions Architect - Presales Expert

About the role

The Solution Architect is a senior, customer‑facing enterprise architect responsible for leading strategic solutioning and presales engagements for large, complex transformation opportunities. The role involves designing end‑to‑end enterprise solutions across applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, analytics, and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Engage C‑level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO) to understand business objectives and shape digital transformation strategies.
• Lead discovery workshops, architecture assessments and design scalable, secure end‑to‑end solutions.
• Develop and present solution proposals, ROI and TCO analyses, and transformation roadmaps to executive and board‑level stakeholders.
• Support strategic bids, RFP/RFI responses and solution governance to ensure alignment with contractual commitments.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities and guide customers through the sales lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in business solutions, technical consulting or sales solutions, preferably with large enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of developing winning sales solutions and proposals across technology portfolios.
• Strong executive communication, consultative selling and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
