Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Remote, UAE)

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer at ElevenLabs, you will help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of our voice‑AI platform. Working remotely from anywhere in the UAE, you will scale technical solutions, support sales teams and improve internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect integrations.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product’s value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
• Build self‑service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to deliver them.

Required profile

• Passionate about AI and ElevenLabs products.
• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and providing tailored support.
• Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Solid technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Experience working with customers, even through student clubs or side projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
