Entertainment Technician

About the role

The Entertainment Technician provides technical support for live shows and events across the park, ensuring audio, video, lighting and AVL systems operate flawlessly. This role involves setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and collaboration with production and event sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain audio, video, lighting and AVL equipment throughout the park.
• Perform daily checks, start‑up and shutdown procedures, and preventive/corrective maintenance of network and show control systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to minimise disruption to live shows and events.
• Support production and event sales teams to meet technical requirements and ensure smooth park operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience with audio, video, lighting and special effects equipment in a live entertainment or event production environment.
• Electrical, electronics, IT and network experience.
• Ability to read one‑line drawings and schematics.
• Physical ability to stand long hours and lift at least 25 kg.

Required skills

• Operation and maintenance of audio, video and lighting equipment.

• Computer proficiency and ability to use installation tools.
