About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic entry‑level Baristas to join our vibrant coffee outlets across the United Arab Emirates. You will craft high‑quality hot and cold beverages while delivering friendly, memorable service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso‑based drinks, teas, blended beverages and specialty items.
Greet customers, take orders, and suggest menu items based on preferences.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders and POS systems safely and efficiently.
Maintain hygiene standards and follow food‑safety regulations.
Restock supplies, assist with inventory checks, and keep the work area tidy.
Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Required profile

Enthusiastic and customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
At least one month of barista or café experience (or a strong willingness to learn).
