Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

About the role

The Environmental Health & Safety Specialist at Lab 90 Studio works remotely on a part‑time basis, supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of EHS practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with internal EHS policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify potential environmental and occupational health risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Create and update safety guidelines and contribute to risk assessments.
• Support incident reporting, follow‑up and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote safety awareness and integrate EHS considerations into studio operations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) practices, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Experience with environmental compliance and understanding of relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
• Background in occupational health with ability to assess workplace conditions.
• Effective communication skills to convey EHS policies to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant education in environmental science, occupational health, safety management or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
