EPC China Key Account Manager

About the role

The EPC China Key Account Manager will develop and manage strategic relationships with leading Chinese EPC firms operating in the Gulf Cluster. The role drives business growth by influencing project opportunities early in the lifecycle and positioning Schneider Electric solutions across Energy, Buildings, Infrastructure, Water, Data Centers and Industrial segments.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management – create and execute account plans, build executive relationships and increase share of wallet with Chinese EPC customers.
• Business Development & Opportunity Creation – identify, qualify and develop new EPC‑led project opportunities across the Gulf, engaging customers early to shape specifications.
• Project Pursuit & Commercial Excellence – lead pursuit strategies, coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop value propositions and support commercial negotiations.
• Stakeholder Management – act as primary contact for assigned EPC accounts, facilitate collaboration between Gulf teams, regional and global stakeholders.
• Market Intelligence – monitor investments, project pipelines and competitor activity to provide insights for strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 8‑12 years of experience in key account management, project sales, business development or EPC sales.
• Proven track record managing relationships with Chinese EPC companies.
• Strong understanding of EPC business models, project execution and procurement processes.
• Experience in Energy Management, Electrification, Automation, Industrial Solutions, Buildings, Data Centers or Infrastructure markets.
• Experience supporting projects across the Gulf region is highly preferred.
• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional business‑level English are mandatory.
