ERP Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an ERP Implementation Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end ERP solutions, from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support, while collaborating closely with customers and internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the ERP implementation and deployment process.
• Configure ERP applications based on approved customer requirements.
• Conduct end‑user training for relevant ERP modules.
• Provide post‑sales and post‑implementation support.
• Gather, document, and analyze customer business requirements.
• Participate in business process analysis and customer workshops.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, validation, and go‑live activities.
• Prepare user manuals, implementation documents, issue logs, and resolution reports.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or consulting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both customers and technical teams.
