Estate Agent – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Williams International Real Estate is seeking motivated individuals to join our Dubai team as Estate Agents. You will be responsible for driving property sales in one of the world’s most dynamic markets while enjoying uncapped commission potential.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote residential properties across Dubai.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial lead generation to contract signing.
• Build strong client relationships and provide expert advice on property investments.
• Monitor and act on Dubai property market trends to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or high‑value services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (RERA training provided).
• Valid driver’s licence.
