About the role
Urgent hiring for an Estimation Engineer – Civil in a fit‑out company. The role requires 5+ years of UAE experience and involves preparing accurate cost estimates for fit‑out projects.
Required profile
- Excellent analytical, numerical and negotiation abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials, methods and industry standards.
- Proficiency with estimation software such as MS Excel, CostX and Planswift.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
