About the role
The Estimator prepares detailed cost estimates for prefabricated cabins and containers, covering materials, labour, transportation and services. The role involves reviewing project specifications, drawings and requirements to define scope and spot potential issues.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for prefabricated cabins and containers, including materials, labour, transportation and services.
- Review project specifications, drawings and requirements to determine scope of work and identify potential issues.
Required profile
- Good material knowledge and pricing experience in the prefab industry.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with ADCD and DM municipality rules and government regulations.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office suite
