Estimator – Joinery & Interior Fit‑Out

About the role
The Estimator will lead cost estimation and post‑contract management for civil, interior fit‑out and joinery projects. The role requires hands‑on experience with UAE‑based joinery and fit‑out works.
Key responsibilities
- Review tender documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Take off quantities from CAD drawings for civil, fit‑out and joinery works.
- Prepare detailed cost build‑ups and Bill of Quantities for each discipline.
- Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare quotations and support post‑contract cost control.
Required profile
- Civil Engineering Diploma.
- Minimum 5 years of estimation experience in UAE, specifically in joinery and interior fit‑out.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
