Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking a hands‑on Site Engineer who will gradually take on Junior Project Manager responsibilities on interior fit‑out and renovation projects. The role is based on‑site in Dubai and involves supervising daily works, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit‑out and renovation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements, communicate existing conditions and technical requirements to the team.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate solutions before work proceeds.
• Inspect finishing works, coordinate inspections and close snags promptly.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project schedules, material deliveries and site logistics; assist with procurement and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress updates and communicate project status to clients and internal teams.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing timelines, costs and deliverables, gradually taking ownership of assigned projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of UAE interior fit‑out/renovation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+1 certification with Dubai Municipality.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong hands‑on experience with interior finishing works and ability to read architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction and renovation regulations.
• Effective communication skills.
