EV Technician – Talent Pool

About the role

The EV Technician will ensure effective execution of repairs in line with customer expectations, prioritising quality, safety and timely delivery. You will work on electric vehicle repairs following manufacturers' standards and maintain accurate records of diagnostics and work performed.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electric vehicle repairs and routine maintenance according to manufacturer standards and work instructions.
• Diagnose and repair EV faults using advanced diagnostic tools, and program and calibrate vehicle control modules for optimal performance.
• Record diagnosis details, work completed and components used, adhering to warranty and parts requisition procedures.
• Collaborate with the technical team to enhance vehicle software and hardware, and provide clear explanations of technical issues to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment, following SOP safety procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in EV systems.
• Proficient in computer diagnostics, programming and EV communication protocols.
• Strong technical‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• English language proficiency; UAE driving licence is an advantage.
