Event Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Event Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee event projects from brief to execution. The role combines strategic client management with hands‑on coordination of creative and logistical elements, ensuring successful delivery across the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs, proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Prepare project timelines and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and deliverables, reporting against targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and generate additional business.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, advertising or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE events/marketing industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects.
• Target‑and KPI‑driven mindset with ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
