Event Content Manager

About the role

The Event Content Manager will lead the creation and delivery of compelling content for corporate events, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s brand and communication objectives. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to design presentations, videos and other multimedia assets that enhance brand reputation and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement event content strategies that reflect the brand and communication goals.
• Curate, design and produce content for corporate events, including presentations, videos and other multimedia materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather insights, requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies involved in content creation and event production.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all assets.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of event content and recommend improvements.
• Support the planning and execution of major corporate events such as ADIPEC and other high‑profile engagements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience in developing and delivering event‑related content for large‑scale corporate events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage external vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in event content and storytelling.
