Event Manager – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an Event Manager to plan, organise and execute a wide range of events for our clients in Dubai. The role involves managing all aspects of event delivery from concept to post‑event reporting, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan event concepts, schedules, themes and activities according to client requirements.
• Prepare and control event budgets, negotiate prices and monitor payments.
• Identify and secure suitable venues such as hotels, exhibition halls and outdoor locations.
• Coordinate with caterers, decorators, photographers, audiovisual teams, entertainers and other suppliers.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, present proposals and provide regular updates.
• Assign duties to staff, coordinate event crews and supervise their performance.
• Arrange transportation, equipment, furniture and accommodation for event participants.
• Manage catering, registration processes and on‑site logistics.
• Promote events through social media, advertising, email campaigns and partnerships.
• Identify potential risks, develop backup plans and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Supervise on‑site setup, manage the event schedule and resolve unexpected issues.
• Obtain necessary venue approvals and event permits in line with local regulations.
• Collect feedback, settle invoices and prepare post‑event performance reports for clients or management.
